By accessing or using Sattvam Yoga Platform ("we", "us", "our") in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our materials
• Using the material for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Sattvam Yoga Platform
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content across our platform and promotional materials.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our "Refund Policy".

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sattvam Yoga Platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to such modifications.
