Vasu's journey into yoga began over a decade ago, seeking balance in a hectic world. After experiencing the profound benefits of consistent practice, he devoted himself to deeper study, earning his certification from the prestigious Yoga Alliance.
Specializing in meditation techniques that combine ancient wisdom with modern science, Vasu creates a supportive environment where practitioners of all levels can explore the depths of their consciousness and develop greater mindfulness.
