Refund Policy

At Sattvam Yoga Platform, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our services.
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
For our digital yoga content, courses, and subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for a prorated amount, less any usage.
- Individual Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
2. Physical Products
For yoga equipment, apparel, and other physical goods:
- Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Sale items or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no additional cost.
6. Canceled Orders
If we receive a cancellation request before the order ships, we will issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or request a refund:
- Log into your account and navigate to the Orders section
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Request Return/Refund" and follow the prompts
- Print the return label and packing slip
- Package your return and attach the label
- Drop off at the designated carrier location
